Oond 180 gr C.  Meng alles saam in mengbak: 2 k bruismeel, 1 1/2 k suiker, 2 eiers, 1/2 k klapper, 1 t koeksoda, 1/4 t sout, 1 t karamel essens, 1 blikkie fruitcocktail met sous en al en 2 t asyn.  Skep in gesmeerde oondbak en bak vir 30-40 minite tot gaar.   Sous: 1 k suiker, 250 ml room of 1 blik Idealmelk, knippie sout en 1 t vanilla geursel. Kook deur en skep versigtig oor warm tert.. Bedien met roomys of vla.
