Beef Stroganoff (Ree Drummond) -- The sour cream and Dijon mustard add a tang to the sauce which is rounded out with earthy cremini mushrooms. The sauce is prepared in the same pan the sirloin is seared in so all the meat's residual flavor is picked up.
