The scene late last night working with @biencuitnyc 30 hour sourdough with flame raisins, toasted walnuts and ground pink peppercorns. A very active dough with a wonderful scent to it, I've never worked with pink peppercorn in bread before and it's remarkable. I used fresh milled whole wheat flour from my mill, the remainder of my @haydenflourmills bread flour and the buckwheat and rye called for. @zacharygolper #grainschallenge
