This has become my go to chicken recipe. Husband, kids and friends have loved it. I use less mayo and more Parmesan cheese also a little more bread crumbs. It works great on fish too. Just adjust cooking time for fish. Yummy and very fast.

Cream Cheese Chicken Enchilada Stuffed Peppers - labor intensive but so worth it and SO DELICIOUS!!! I stuffed 3 large orange peppers and 4 small green peppers so had plenty of leftovers. The secret is in the sauce for sure. So tasty!
Ham & Cheese Bites: They were delicious! Couple of tips though: Absolutely make sure to spray the cookie sheet generously or you will NOT be able to take them off. No matter what cheese you use, make sure to use slices and NOT shredded.
