Salad Niçoise is probably one of my all time favorite salads. And usually during the summer I have a ton of basil, thyme and oregano growing in the garden while fresh green beans are in season.

I just love Salad Niçoise, especially with this easy- to make homemade herb, white wine and lemon juice dressing. Make it for dinner and have the leftovers for lunch!
Salad Nicoise with #homemade dressing using oregano from the garden, dried thyme and basil, fresh #organic lemon juice, white wine vinegar, EVOO, #glutenfree stone ground mustard, salt and pepper. What makes it amazing is tossing the warm potatoes in some of the dressing before adding to the salad (there's some lettuce underneath all those goodies)... I'm loving these #GF croutons, too!
