Norwegian Pancakes - these pancakes are world famous and probably the easiest breakfast you could make on Christmas morning  4 Eggs 1/2 Cup Warm Water 1 tsp Vanilla 1/3 Cup Sugar 1/3 Cup Melted Butter 1 1/4 Cup Flour 1 Cup Milk Add eggs, water and vanilla to blender. Blend. Add remaining ingredients, blending after each addition until smooth. Butter a griddle with butter. Heat pan to medium; then pour 1/4 cup batter onto griddle (it is a very thin batter.) Let cook 1 minute per side.
