Light gluten free blueberry muffins, packed with blueberries and topped with a scrumptious steusel topping. You'd never know they were sugar-free!
Gluten Free Blueberry Muffins with Streusel Topping -For my all purpose flour, i mixed 1 c rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, xanthan gum. The i used 1 as recipe stated. I also used c real sugar. They turned out VERY good.
Omitted streusel, used organic sugar, between and cup, peanut oil. Could stir in any fruit. Used frozen blueberries.
