I'm not saying I don't love the rest of the week, Saturday and Sunday are very special too but Friday...ahhhh. Slowing down, getting in weekend mode, making plans for fun. Friday's workout is also less aggressive with yoga for a start to the day. Mondays we fire it up, full of steam, Friday we start thinking about how great the week was and begin the activity of recharging. Finish the week strong, be proud of your victories this week...love me some Friday!
