I personally chose that picture because every time I look at it, it gives me this thinking of how the Time Traveler reacted in the novel. Wyatt Earp - In March 1881, he set out to find a posse of cowboys who had robbed a stagecoach and its driver. Earp struck a deal with rancher, Ike Clanton who dealt regularly with the cowboys. In return for his help, Earp promised Clanton a $6,000 reward. Their partnership quickly dissolved due of Clanton's paranoia that Earp would leak the details of their bargain. Turning against Earp, Clanton bragged that he would kill one of the Earp men. ck
