Super Easy Lettuce wraps:  Cook 1lb ground chicken in Sesame oil and couple teaspoons of fresh garlic. Add 1 cup (or more to taste) Hoisin Sauce.  Add Soy sauce about 1/4 cup (or more to taste).  Stir in one small bag chopped mushrooms and about 1/4 cup sesame seeds.  Cook and stir for a couple of minutes, just enough to saute the mushrooms.    Spoon onto lettuce.  Top with chili sauce and fresh green onions. Enjoy!
