"My father is Lebanese. I remember the flat bread that his sister made, and grape leaves, and kibbeh—the foods we ate when we gathered as a family. Kibbeh was sort of a steak tartare. Baked Chicken Meatballs Made these using Italian ground turkey. Added a little parmesan/romano cheese to mixture and when done micro shredded mozzarella on top. Very good.. When I use regular ground chicken or turkey, I add 1t of Italian seasoning per pound of meat.
