Mexican Day of the Dead Skull!!! why not, right? i added a bit of a zombie twist, with gore around the mouth and on the sides. blood is dripping from the eyes, the shirt is quite bloodied, and the neck has the effect of the skin being torn from the face leaving the skull and vertebrate exposed. :P
