Antique, Fairway brand, made in Japan, oil lamp in turquoise blue porcelain in the shape of a hearth fireplace with a cauldron on the fire. Simply delightful as a collectible; awesome as witchy decor!  There is a round green label on the glass chimney that reads Fairway Japan. Lovely Japanese Vintage Kutani Porcelain #Kogo / Covered Box Signed  Clearly one of my weaknesses and one of our current collection of over 40 Japanese kogo.  A kogo is a box most often used for placing incense in at the tea ceremony. The traditional method is to hand roll the incense balls and place them in the kogo. Kogo also make wonderful decorative items and small boxes for storing other small items in. They make wonderful gifts for the hard to find person that has everything.
