Easy No-Cook Peanut Sauce: Just made & it's delish. Made a couple subs, based on what I had in pantry-squeezed from tube garlic instead of fresh, dash cayenne pepper instead of chili/garlic paste, Pompei bottled key lime juice instead of fresh & a splash of fish sauce instead of hoisin. Used hot water so it would mix easier. Tossed w rice noodles, sesame seeds & cashew nuts but would be great as a satay dip too. Yum!!

Min farmor bagte verdens bedste ingefærsmåkager. Eller snitter var det vel nærmere, for de blev bagt i lange stænger og skåret på skrå i fine, små snitter mens de endnu var varme. Uhhh…jeg kan stadig huske fornemmelsen af at tage en bid af sådan en krydret småkage – smagen af ingefær var lige tilpas skarp …
