Soaked Protein Oats . . 1 Pint Almond Milk 1 Banana  1 Tbsp Almond Butter 1 Tsp Coco powder  1 Scoop Vanilla Protein  Blend together all the ingredients to make a smooth milk. Add sufficient oats to desired texture and leave to soak over night. Top with Greek yogurt seeds and goji berries!  #doubleYum #edccrossfit #crossfit #foodprep
