Hoisin Glazed Baked Salmon: VERY, VERY tasty, especially if you like sweet for a change. I didn't have time to marinate, so just poured the sauce over the salmon and baked it. P.S. The sauce was fantastic over rice.

This was SO good! I skipped the first tablespoon of olive oil, and added crumbled feta on top with the bread crumbs. It also comes out looking nice enough to serve guests.

Salmon with Brown Sugar and Mustard Glaze.  Verdict: Holy Cow, this is AMAZING.  I didn't have red wine vinegar, so I used rice vinegar instead.  Also, I didn't have the whole grain mustard it called for, so I used a generous squirt of dijon mustard, bc that's all we had.  Even with all those swaps it was still AMAZING!
