Dragon Phoenix Pearl Jasmine (China). This Jasmine green tea has a lighter flavor since only the best and jungest leaves are used for processing and hand rolling. The spring tea leaves are then kept stored until the jasmine blossoms are in full bloom in summer, then added to the tea chests to give the full fragrance of the jasmine into the tea. Afterwards the blossoms are removed and the tea is ready for packaging and shipping.
