Sybill's Cellar: a cocktail recipe we received from @hashtagmsw (thank you) inspired by the oldfashioned and her great-grandmother! 2oz - rye whiskey, 1/2oz - Chai Pear Element Shrub 1/2oz - fresh lemon juice, Several dashes of orange bitters Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with a "big 'ol hunk of ice" and serve with a nice long piece of lemon peel.
For summer cocktails, it doesn't get much more refreshing than the "Leeloo" from Catoctin Creek. CC Watershed Gin (2oz), Lemon mint Element shrub (1/2oz), simple syrup (3/4oz). Serve on the rocks, top with seltzer, stir to combine and garnish with fresh mint.
