#BelowtheLine Recipe: Rice Pudding w/Dried Fruit • 1⁄2 C rice • Approx 150ml milk • Approx 50ml water •Dried fruit/jam to taste (optional) 1. Bring water & milk to a boil, stir in rice and fruit. Reduce heat to simmer. 2. Continue to cook until rice is tender and liquid has reduced. If there isn’t enough liquid to make a “creamy” consistency, add a little water. 3.
