My favorite middle eastern restaurant would serve a delicious cardamom tea with meals. I asked and got the recipe: 6-8 black teabags, 6-8 cups water, 1 large cinnamon stick, 20 green cardamom pods. Brew tea with cinnamon stick and pods. Remove teabags and steep on low heat for 10-15 more minutes. Leave cinnamon stick in the serving pot, don't remove pods, there should be at least one pod in each cup.
