Atheist Pride Day on

I continue to be amazed when I see Christian women defending a bible that denigrates women - Seth Andrews

Wouldn't describe myself as atheist but this made me smile.

Makes perfect sense Im not an atheist in the purest sense of the word but I truly am anti-religion.

I would rather have questions that can't be answered than answers that can't be questioned.

I'm Pro Choice & Pro Gay Marriage because another person's choice isn't my fucking business

As an atheist, I accept my part in this universe. Knowing that one day my body and existence will desist, I am content and never wanting or begging for another body or an exaggerated afterlife. It takes a special kind of person to accept and realized that living is just part of the cycle and part of nothing bigger. Knowing that makes this one and only life much more appreciated. And in a way, for someone who's an infidel, I feel an abundance of gratitude.

I'm an atheist because I have the balls to deal with the harsh realities of life without the need to believe in magic.
