This is the shiz! Lose Baby Weight Smoothie: add two tablespoons of vanilla protein poweder, 250ml mill of milk and half a frozen banana and 1tsp maple syrup to blender.  Blend for 2 minutes. Pour into tall glass. Then add 1/4 cup of raspberry,  1tbs water and 1tsp of maple syrup to the blender and blend until smooth. Add to tall glass. You get this creamy smooth with Burts of this raspberry syrup and it's just divine!
