Start black rice, brown lentils, and red quinoa (about 1/4 cup each) + double that in veggie broth. Preheat the oven to 400 F and put in cubed butternut squash and brocoflower. Brocoflower! Apparently that is a thing! To me, it seems a little more special than regular cauliflower and, somehow, it was about 50% cheaper at my local grocery store. Season with olive oil, garlic, cinnamon, pepper, cumin, and lime. This stays in 35 min. Add extra spices to taste (cumin, cinnamon, lime)

Healthy Asian Stir Fry 2 servings Boil 1/2 cup of long grain brown rice. In a pan, fry chopped onions in olive oil and garlic. After a minute, add mushrooms, carrots, steamed Brussels sprouts, bean sprouts, green onions, a squeeze of orange, turmeric, and liquid aminos. Put the top on the pan and let this mixture simmer for a bit. In another pan, chop firm tofu into squares and fry with olive oil and liquid aminos. Top with slivered almonds!
Moroccan Chickpea Stew 1) Chop half of a large yam/sweet potato into cubes. Drain and rinse 1 cup of chick peas. Sprinkle curry and paprika over everything, spray with olive oil spray, and roast for 30 min on 400F. 2) Chop onion and fry it in a medium/large pot with olive oil, minced garlic, and ginger. 3) Add in chopped mushrooms, carrots, green beans, a whole chopped tomato. 4) Add 1/2 cup red lentils, 1/4 cup quinoa, half a cube of vegetable bouillon, 2-3 cups water. Sweet Potato Fries Fries: Preheat oven to 420 F. Chop the "fry shape" from a sweet potato. Drizzle with olive oil, paprika, pepper, chili powder, garlic (minced or powder), spray, and place in the oven. The amount of time they'll cook will depend on how crispy you want them--somewhere around 30 min. Flip them around 20 min. Spray the sheet too so they don't stick. Taco: Fry onions, peppers, black beans, corn, and crumbled tempeh with olive oil, paprika, and chili powder.

Fig Omelet (Figlet?? ) Inside of this omelet! It has 2 large eggs beaten with a drop of milk, sautéed spinach, bella mushrooms, onions, mozzarella, and dried fig that I fried in olive oil, garlic, paprika, and rosemary.

In a pan, fry onions, chopped tomato, mushrooms, and one jalapeño pepper (if you want it REALLY spicy, leave the seeds and all ) in olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, chile powder, and lime. Next, add in a can of black beans (rinse them first!). Add the beans mixture to the rice.
