When gum gets cold and hardens, the sticky adhesive properties of it stops taking effect, allowing you to pull the gum from your child’s hair without any pain. Simply wedge the piece of gum in between a couple cubes of ice and wait until it hardens. Afterwards you should be able to pull the piece out without too much fuss.
Playing outside is a great way for your toddler to get some extra energy out before bed. Try aiming for about an hour of exercise or playtime in the afternoon to help your tot fall fast asleep. Board: Make sure your toddler get plenty of exercise and nap before play time!

One easy activity you can do with your baby to improve their coordination is to have them roll around a soft ball or toy on the floor. You can set up multiple toys for your baby to play with, or just use one ball and pass it between the two of you. As they crawl and chase the ball, their coordination will start to improve!
