Here's a closeup of the front. This is one special sea glass find. So special, that it gets a name. Of course her name is Shelly. I was considering Shell-vester Stallone as a name but I thought she was too pretty and delicate. Shelly also reminds me of those pink shell-shaped soaps that everyone used to have in their bathrooms back in the 80s. Does anyone have any idea what Shelly was?
Bright (or "hot") pink is the rarest "repeating" color in my personal sea glass collecting experience, with just five pieces found in 45 years. Although the possible shades for pink and rose are almost endless, these three pieces are exactly the same color.
