Italian Cream Cake Recipe...this was amazing! I just used the cake recipe without coconut and frosted it with almond buttercream...adding all the other elements from the recipe would, I'm sure, make it divine!
Made this for New Year's Eve. Although it was delicious and not overly sweet, your cake will not be that pink unless you use food dye. I used 1/2 a cup of cranberry puree and it still turned white. Frosting is to die for.
