Fish filet and Vegetable Packets - 25 minutes TOTAL, except I would par-steam asparagus first (or omit). Fresh fish does not need a lot of time & I dislike crunchy veggies. Thin sliced mushrooms may be nice too, as well as finely diced onion or shallot. Another pinner replaced green beans for asparagus:)   Careful of the steam when you cut open!
