In life, one of the most important lessons I've learned is to stop saying "I wish" and start saying "I will." Consider nothing impossible, then treat possibilities as probabilities.

I'm sitting here at Memorial Northpark hospital, right by my Mamaws bed. My Mom and Sister are asleep. I'm thanking God for blessing me with my mamaw, she is 92, has the most beautiful soul you could ever meet. Soon the Lord will be calling her home but she wont really be gone from me, I will remember her always, and forever keep her in my heart. I will know it is her when the breeze gently brushes my cheek. I love you Bonnie Marie Frady <3 love your little Tater, Staci.

It is okay to greive for what you can no longer do to get to a place of acceptance of loss rather than being in denial. Inner peace comes with gratitude for what you are still capable to do in life.

Little habits add up
