Raw Vegan Onion Dip for crackers or vegetables: *2 cups of raw cashews* 1/4 cup water* 2 TSP salt* 2 garlic gloves peeled* 1 TBSP onion powder* 2 TBSP dill* 3 TBSP lemon juice* BLEND TOGETHER IN BLENDER! Add in 1 TBSP of Cajun seasoning (Tony's, Slap Ya Mama, etc) if you like it SPICY! Serve with raw flax crackers or veggies..Refrigerate leftovers. :)
Carrot Cashew Pate -- I mix it up a little bit by adding onion (yes, raw!) paprika, cayenne, and cumin, and sometimes some tahini and/or oil depending on the consistency I want. Excellent with pita chips; my husband's favorite dip.
