Asian Chicken Salad from Giada de Laurentiis. This is a favorite. I substitute shredded spinach for the romayne lettuce, and add water chestnuts. Canned mandarin oranges are also good, if you like the texture. Added a wee bit more sugar to the dressing as well as I like a sweeter dressing with this salad.
