My parents were told I would never walk, talk or be able to be educated and to place me in an institution. I was raised with the attitude of I can do anything. I graduated high school, went to college, worked in a hospital for ten years, married, ran my husband and my lawn business while raising our 4 children.

I was "written off" by doctors as a child and my parents were told I wouldn't be able to read or write! I have had a extremely fulfilling life, doing all sorts of very strenuous and physical jobs! I start University in September to start my new career in Social Work.

WEE School graduation

CP Family community member Allison Morrison sent us this darling picture of her son Sam on his pre-school graduation. He is now in kindergarten and doing better than they could of ever hoped!

This is my daughter Morgan Meadows. She just graduated from high school and will be attending Mount Olive College In the fall. Morgan has spastic diplegia CP. Morgan always has a beautiful smile and a kind word for everyone she meets. She is truly an inspiration to us all!
