FIG AND WALNUT CHEESE BALL - 2 packages 8 oz Neufchâtel - 1 c dried Calimyrna figs 5 oz, finely chopped - 1 c grated Parmesan - 2 t honey - Pepper - 1 cup walnuts, toasted and finely chopped Beat cream cheese until fluffy. beat in figs, Parmesan, honey & 1/2 t pepper. On sheet of plastic wrap, shape 1/3 of cheese mixture into ball; wrap in plastic wrap. Repeat making a total of 3 balls. Chill. Roll chilled balls in chopped walnuts.
