Cornbread 3 c cornmeal 1 c all-purpose flour 2 c milk 2 eggs 1/4 c vegi oil 2 tbls sugar 1 tbls baking powder 1 1/4 tsp salt Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Coat a 10-inch cast iron skillet or 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well then pour batter into prepared baking pan Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden and a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut and serve warm, or allow to cool before serving.
