Caprese Grilled Chicken - Cooking Classy

Gay ~ Caprese Grilled Chicken Recipe ~ Tender grilled chicken is covered (while hot) with fresh mozzarella, fresh roma tomato slices and of course fresh basil, then it is finished with a balsamic reduction. Close to what you made!

BREAKFAST PIZZA.  Sprinkle ready-made or homemade pizza crust with olive oil and sea salt.  Top crust with crumbled Italian sausage (saute to cook through first), chopped sun-dried tomatoes and basil.  Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.  Make little nests of space for the eggs.  Bake in the oven at 450 for about 10 minutes.  Crack the eggs in the little nests and bake for another 5-10 minutes depending on how soft you want the eggs.  YUM.
