INGREDIENTS  1 cup coconut 3 Tbsp #coconut butter, melted ¼ cup coconut blossom syrup, or use maple 1 Tsp #beetroot powder (or 1 Tbsp fresh beetroot) 20-30g raw #vegan #chocolate, for decoration  STEPS   1. Mix all ingredients for the base in a food processor/ blender. For easier shaping, cool the mixture about 10 min. 2. Form small balls.  3. Melt the chocolate gently in a water bath.  4.Drizzle on top of each ball.   5.Keep in a cool place. 6. Enjoy! #vegan #raw #veganrecipe #energyball
