Milo slice is slightly chewy, and has a chocolatey taste from the Milo. It’s great on it’s own or decorated with icing. I topped mine with a basic chocolate icing, and drizzled melted white chocolate over the top.
I love the painted effect of this cake with the sugar roses made to give it depth. Just a shame they didn't mount it onto a covered board which I think would have finished it off. Aviary-Edited Photo by Elizabeth Forkey
Brownie cake decorated with roasted coconut, wafers and cashew nuts. 165g Flour 90g cocoa powder 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda 2 eggs 125 ml milk 125 ml yogurt 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 125 g Butter Mix all ingredient together using a mixer and bake for 30-45 mins. Decorate top with grated roasted coconut, wafers and cashew nuts.
