The Little Brown Farm on Whidbey Island, Washington has a herd of mostly goats, along with a few sheep, that are considered an extended part of the family. The farm produces its cheese with the health and well-being of the herd at the forefront of their minds and offers fresh and aged farmstead goat milk cheeses. Their most popular cheeses are Caprine Cream Chevre (fresh spreadable goat cheese) and their Caprizella (a fresh and an aged version Italian style cheese).
Willow Hill Farm in Milton, Vermont is a diversified organic farm, certified since 1992, producing sheep-milk and cow-milk cheeses, as well as lamb, pork and blueberries. The farm is a seasonal grass-based dairy. Cheese is made on the farm in their licensed cheese house and plank aged in their underground cave. The self-serve cheese store and cheese viewing room is open seasonally.
