Easy Granola -  4c oats, 1/2c almond slices, 1/2c brown sugar, 1/2tsp salt, 1/2tsp cinnamon, 1/4c oil, 1/4c honey, 1tsp vanilla, 1 1/2c raisins or dried fruit. Mix all but fruit & bake @300ºF for 40 mins. Cool before adding fruit
