We had some people over a while back, so it was the perfect opportunity to  finally make these cute little bites! I had never made soft pretzels  before, but I do have deliciously wonderful memories of them. Back in my  poor, single years (as opposed to my current poor, married years, ha), I  was a waitron at Timberwolves games.

Garlic chicken puffs: These are a quick, easy appetizer to take to parties. I used a whole block of cheese, double the chicken, and the called for amount of garlic, which was a perfect combination and just enough for the recommended amount of rolls. They are also good with tomato soup. Leftovers are good heated up in the toaster oven!

So nice: Stuffed Baguette. Goat cheese/Cream Cheese, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Olives, Spicy Salami, Crunchy Bell Pepper and Fresh Herbs.  Slice off both ends of the baguette. Using a long thin knife and working from the both ends, hollow the baguette out leaving about ½-inch thick crust all around. Working from both ends, fill the baguette with your cheese mixture. Pack the filling tight.
