I spent the day yesterday [18 July 2013] looking after the Skylark Gallery in Gabriell's Wharf on the Thames Southbank next to the Oxo Tower. [It was my turn to do this in our artists cooperative gallery. Once a fortnight in case you ask.] One of my pictures in the Skylark window at the moment is this Oxo Tower framed giclee print on canvas, which I have enhanced with painted texture and unique highlights. It was a hot and bright day, just like the painting.
VICTORIA EMBANKMENT by Colin Ruffell. This view is from the footbridge that crosses the Thames just upstream from the Charing Cross rail bridge. The embankment gardens here are where I sold my first painting a million years ago. Lots of water under the bridge since then. I also publish the image as a signed and numbered print on crabfish.com - I have just posted VICTORIA EMBANKMENT on Artfinder
