Roasted chickpeas: 1can chickpeas rinsed; 1tbsp olive oil; 2 cloves garlic roughly chopped; 3/4tsp sweet hungarian paprika and ground cumin; coarse sea salt and black pepper. 400 w/oil and garlic for 20min. Drain on paper towel and then toss with seasonings =o)
