Ratatouille's Ratatouille - The Cooking Bowl Used spaghetti sauce for the base with olive oil, parmesan, and onions on top. Baked 30 minutes at 375 and broiled for a few minutes to get a nice crust on the parmesan. Could have baked longer and/or sliced vegetable thinner. Joe didn't like the eggplant or tomatoes.
