This is probably my favorite stuffing. I add a cup of spiced apple wine for the extra kick and to add moisture because I bake it outside of the bird (I feel safer with just putting aromatic veggies in my turkey.) I also omit the liver because I'm too lazy to search through giblets. I used a homemade rosemary and sage herb bread last year, came out extremely well.
