Banana Bread Muffins - moist & light, but not sweet enough for me.  i added 1/4 c  more sugar (using 'sugar in the raw'), plus nutmeg, cardamom, chopped dates & both pecan & walnuts.  also used vanilla yogurt in place of plain. absolutely delicious!
