La Sfogliatella, Lobster Tail in english or Cola de Langosta in spanish.. This exquisite and so special italian dessert is made out of layers of incredibly crispy pastry and filled mostly of ricotta but also pastry cream, nutella… My uncle insisted so much in taking me to taste this heavenly dessert and I don’t regret it!! I have no idea how to make them yet!! But I promise to do my research and will keep you all posted

Reviving old recipes with a twist ! The famous Salade Niçoise… Sucrines, black tomatoes, purple potatoes, quail eggs, green beens and delicious tuna. For the dressing I used lemon juice, olive oil, capres, dill and a special truffle mustard to give the dressing a unique taste! I highly recommend to get your tuna and truffle mustard from @delitaly shop in Jounieh. Try it!
