A challenge game I play, called "Random Word". Take a meaningful book, open the pages to a random page...the first word your eyes see on the page, think of how that relates to your path of wellness & spirituality...then just for fun I take that a step further, and find a pin which most closely describes that concept in words. Then, voila, I have a motivational poster about it. Today my random-word was "grow"...which, is kind of exactly what I'm trying to do with this game. That works.

Perhaps strength doesn't reside in having never been broken, but in the courage required to grow strong in the broken places. BE STRONG EVEN AFTER FALLING.
