Swedish Meatballs - Damn Delicious ***Note: I ignored the nutmeg and allspice. Instead, I used 1 Tsp Worcester sauce. Also, you can bake them for 40 minutes or so at 350 instead of using a skillet. Just be sure to add the drippings to your sauce!***
Compare to IKEA's Swedish Meatballs. So yummy! Have made these three times and love, love, love! I would double the sauce, though, if making the whole recipe. Also, strongly encourage the Lingonberries. (Have found at Spec's.)
Easy Swedish Meatballs and Smashed Potatoes --tweaks: used combo of lean ground pork and beef with typical sausage spices to cut the fat; beef stock instead of chicken stock; served with roasted new potatoes.
