Were always so inspired by @Nutriholists creations. This one is no exception! She whipped up this "antioxidant-packed MATCHA CHIA PARFAIT with our Classic Matcha and paired it with figs & blackberries. After seeing this creation we did some exploration on figs. Have we mentioned out matcha mylk obsession? If you don't have a sweet place (like @nectarandgreen pictured) to make it for you just pick up some matcha (preferably from us ) and shake it with almond milk and maple syrup/honey for 30-60 seconds. Or mix just a little milk with the matcha first to get out the clumps - electric milk frother blender or the back of a spoon will do. #matcha

Anyone else still love a hot matcha latte in the summer heat? That creamy foam is just toooo good. If we can handle hot congee on Hong Kong summer trips we can handle a latte in our west coast summer. The sacrifices () we make for our tastebuds right?
