The extra crunch was exactly what was needed. Heres how we keep it fresh day to day: The Base  1/2 cup of oats (we like steel cut)  1 cup milk/mylk OR 1/2 cup milk  1/2 cup kefir  1/2 - 1 tbsp chia seeds The Variations  powders like matcha cacao PB2 protein etc.  nuts seeds dried fruit cacao nibs…
