2 cups of vermicelli noodles,precooked, 1/4 each of red/yellow peppers, 1/3 of a small onion, 1/2 tsp each of curry,garlic, onion powder (not salt) pepper, 1 tbsp red curry paste, 1tbsp nooch & sea salt. A bit of water, only as needed. Soak rice wraps then add 1/4 cup to each and roll them up, folding the ends in so nothing leaks. Add a light coating of coconut oil to both sides and lay them on parchment.Bake @ 400, keeping an eye on them until they are crisp. Flip half way. lotus original*
